What to Expect:

-4" cake base base provided

-Choose your fragrance oil

-Learn how to make the "cream" wax

-Choose from over 100 different wax toppings to customize your cake candle

-All supplies & materials are provided

-Gift box provided so that you can pack and carry your candle safely (or give it as a gift!)

-Get 15% off candles from our store during your visit

-We recommend you wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little wax on. An apron will be provided.

 

Workshop Details:

-Location: Seton, Calgary (exact address will be emailed after purchasing tickets, a day before your workshop).

-The class will be held at my home workshop.

 

Materials:

-100% natural, vegan friendly soy wax

-Parabel & Phthalate free fragrance oil

-natural cotton wick

-safe-to-skin candle dye

 

FAQ:

1. Can children attend the workshop?

-You must be at least 13 years old to attend our workshop.

2. Is there parking available?

You can park at our driveway. There is also ample street parking available if the driveway fills up.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

-Refunds will NOT be provided for participant requested cancellations. However, a maximum of one reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice.

-In the extremely rare event that we need to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

-Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you can transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in advance to make arrangements for the transfer. Email us their full names please.

-No-Show: Participants who do not attend the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Late Policy:

-Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins to allow time for check-in and preparation.

-Grace Period: We understand that traffic delays or other issues may occasionally cause participants to arrive late. Therefore, we will allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes after the schedulded start time for late arrivals.
